Talking about the maintenance of various parts of the fan

Proper maintenance and maintenance are important guarantees for the safe and reliable operation of the fan and the improvement of the service life of the fan. Therefore, in the use of fans, we must pay full attention to the safety fan below to talk about the maintenance of various parts of the fan.

Impeller maintenance:
During the initial period of impeller operation and all regular inspections, as long as there is a chance, the impeller must be inspected for defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation. Whenever possible, the impeller must be kept clean, and the dust and rust on the top must be brushed regularly with steel wire, because with the extension of the running time, these dusts are not evenly attached to the impeller. Impaired balance of the impeller causes rotor vibration. As long as the impeller is repaired, it needs to be balanced again. If possible, use a portable trial balancer to balance on site. Before balancing, all tight bolts must be checked for tightness. Because the impeller has been running unbalanced for a while, these bolts may have become loose.

Bearing maintenance:
Check the oil supply of the bearing lubricating oil frequently. If there is oil leakage in the box, you can tighten the bolts of the end cap. If this is not enough, you may have to replace it with a new one. When the bearing lubricant is used normally, it should be replaced at least once in half a year. When it is used for the first time, it should be performed after about 200 hours of operation. The second oil change time should be 1 to 2 months. After that, the lubricant should be checked once a week. If the lubricant is not deteriorating, the oil change can be extended to 2 to 4 months. When changing the oil, the specified brand of lubricant (specified on the general drawing) must be used, and the used oil in the oil tank should be thoroughly cleaned and cleaned. After the new oil can be poured.

If you want to replace the fan bearings, you should pay attention to the following matters:
Before loading the new bearing, the bearings and the bearing housing must be very clean. Place the bearing in an oil at a temperature of about 70-80°C and heat it before loading it into the shaft. Do not force the bearing to avoid shaft damage.

Maintenance of the remaining ancillary equipment:
Please refer to the respective instruction manual for details on maintenance and maintenance of all ancillary equipment including motors, electric actuators, instruments, and meters. These instruction manuals are provided by various manufacturers.

Chassis maintenance:
In addition to regular inspections of the housing and the interior of the intake chamber for severe wear and removal of severe dust accumulation, no special repairs may be performed at these locations. Periodically check that all fastening bolts are tight. For fans with pressure bolts, press the butterfly spring on the foot to the installation height specified in the drawing.
